About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Madisonville, Kentucky market, including Madisonville, Princeton, Dawson Springs, Hopkins County, Central City, Greenville, and surrounding Western Kentucky communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market depending on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support, trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually running a branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team. The role also involves building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise Mobility.
Develop expertise in branch operations.
