About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Western Kentucky market, including Paducah, Murray, Mayfield, Benton, Calvert City, Marshall County, Calloway County, Barkley Regional Airport (PAH), and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market, based on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve as both a customer- and partner-facing representative and an operational resource. Through a structured, hands-on program, trainees receive training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, develop business, and lead a team. The program covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and includes building relationships in the community. The position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
