About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Elizabethtown, Kentucky market and surrounding Central Kentucky communities. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations across the market, based on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve as both a customer-facing representative and an operational resource. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to run a branch, build business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
