About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Eastern Kentucky market, including Pikeville, Prestonsburg, Paintsville, Hazard, and surrounding Appalachian Kentucky communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at locations throughout the market determined by business needs and opportunities. The program combines hands-on work with training, development, mentoring, and support, offering a career path toward managing a branch, cultivating business, and developing a team. The role combines customer-facing service with branch operations. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while building relationships in the community and prioritizing customers. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Hold a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and contribute to behind-the-scenes branch operations.
Learn the business and develop the skills needed to eventually run a branch.
Cultivate new business and develop a team.
