About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Fox Valley market of Wisconsin, including Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Fond du Lac, Menasha, Kaukauna, Kimberly, and surrounding communities. Placement may be throughout the market and is based on business needs and availability. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serve customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to run a branch, build business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The role also involves establishing relationships in the community and putting customers first.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or be within two semesters of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
• Have at least six months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past three years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing representative of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop operational expertise while working from a neighborhood branch.
• Learn the skills and knowledge needed to eventually run a branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
