About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, with opportunities across Gillette, Wright, Campbell County communities, Powder River Basin communities, and surrounding locations. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, and support, trainees build the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $52,000 and an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, including DUI/DWI, in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Must be at least 18 years old.
