Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must currently live in the El Paso, Texas area, or have plans to relocate within the next 30 days.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $47,431 - $57,000 with an average 46 hour work week.
