About The Position
Tidewater is hiring a Management Trainee for its Management Training Program. The program is designed to educate trainees in all areas of business operations and provides extensive in-house training. The Management Trainee works closely with experienced sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales. The role also includes cross-training across Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
