About The Position

The Management Trainee works under the direction of experienced personnel in Parts, Service, Rental, and Service Home Office Operations for a six-month period. The trainee gains the knowledge and experience required to move into management positions by learning to identify and apply business strategies and processes, assisting department managers with day-to-day operations, participating in meetings, attending learning opportunities, and observing experienced staff members perform their job duties. The position is based in Salem, Virginia, and requires willingness to relocate within Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.

Requirements

Be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Be willing to relocate within Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be detail-oriented and have strong time management and organizational skills.
Have excellent internal and external customer satisfaction skills.
Have strong PC and administrative skills and the ability to adapt to changing technology.

Nice To Haves
