About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Management Trainee for its Management Training Program, based at a neighborhood branch in Beacon, New York. Trainees learn the business from day one, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, they build skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the opportunity to progress toward running a branch, cultivating business, and developing a team. The position also involves building relationships in the community and working in a culture of friendly competition and customer-first service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, such as commission sales, retail, serving, restaurant, bar, or hospitality work, or in leadership through military service, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the applied-for location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week, except for religious observations.
• At least 18 years old.
