About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring Management Trainees for its Management Training Program at the Kingston, New York branch. Trainees begin learning the business from day one in a neighborhood branch, serving as a customer-facing representative and supporting branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to manage a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community.

The target compensation is $62,704 annually, based on an hourly rate of $24.61 plus applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week. The role is located at 1051 Ulster Ave, Kingston, NY 12401.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, such as commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality; or in leadership through military service, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour to the location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week, aside from religious observations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
