About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, based at the Kingston, New York neighborhood branch. Management Trainees learn the business from day one while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and guidance, trainees develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the aim of eventually running a branch, building business, and developing a team. The role also involves establishing relationships in the community. The position is based at 1051 Ulster Ave, Kingston, NY 12401, and requires an average of 46 hours per week. Target compensation is $62,704 annually, based on $24.61 per hour plus applicable overtime compensation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, serving, restaurant, bar, or hospitality work; or in leadership, such as military service, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location applied to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week, except for religious observations.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and support branch operations.
Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program and hands-on training.
