About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program at the Queensbury, New York neighborhood branch. Trainees learn the business from day one, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the skills to eventually manage a branch, cultivate business, and lead a team. The role averages 46 hours per week and offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $62,704, based on $24.61 per hour plus applicable overtime compensation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, such as commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality; or in leadership through military service, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Live within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from the applied-to location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment sponsorship from the company.
Available to work an average of 46 hours per week, except for religious observations.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
At least 18 years old.
