About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Bowling Green, Kentucky market and surrounding South Central Kentucky communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations across the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. The role begins in a neighborhood branch, where trainees learn the business while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, guidance, and support to build the skills needed to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80 based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship.
