About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Fox Valley market of Wisconsin, including Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Fond du Lac, Menasha, Kaukauna, Kimberly, and surrounding communities. Placement within the market may vary based on business needs and available openings.

The Management Trainee starts learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, and support, the trainee builds the skills needed to manage a branch, develop business, and lead a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The role also involves building relationships in the community and contributing to a culture focused on customers and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, on the driving record within the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
