This Management Trainee opportunity supports opportunities throughout Gillette, Wright, Campbell County communities, Powder River Basin communities, and surrounding locations. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to: Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $52000.00 with an average 46 hour work week. Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
- Cultivate new business
- Develop your team
- Establish the relationships essential to building your own business
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
