About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Madison, Wisconsin market and surrounding Dane County communities. Trainees begin in a neighborhood branch and learn the business through a structured, hands-on program with training, development, mentoring, and support. Placement may be throughout the market and is based on business needs and available opportunities.

The role prepares trainees to eventually manage a branch, develop new business, and lead a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees serve customers and business partners, handle operational work, and build community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,300 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and business partners.
• Perform behind-the-scenes branch operational work.
• Learn the skills and knowledge needed to manage a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community to support business development.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
• Prioritize customers in day-to-day work.
