About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, based at a neighborhood branch at 8232 Lakeland Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. The structured, hands-on program teaches the business from day one and prepares trainees to eventually run a branch, develop new business, and lead a team. Trainees receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and build relationships in the community. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first. The role serves as a customer-facing representative and an operational resource for customers and business partners. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $54,329.24, based on an average 46-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes opportunities for career progression and promotion from within.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least one year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service work, or hospitality; or leadership experience through military service, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on the driving record in the past three years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
