About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, based at a neighborhood branch in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Trainees learn the business from day one and serve as a customer-facing representative and an operational resource. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business.

The program provides experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees also engage with the local community and establish relationships that support business development. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,329.24, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality; or in leadership, such as military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.
