About The Position

The Service Runner works with the service team at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru, helping customers and supporting service-department operations.
Requirements
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Have solid driving and parking skills.
- Be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Shuttle customers to and from home or work while their car is being repaired.
- Assist with filing and other office duties.
- Hand-wash and vacuum vehicles.
- Run customers' cars through the car wash.
- Assist guests during high-traffic times in the service drive.
- Pick up parts as needed.
- Move vehicles for technicians.
- Keep the service aisle neat and orderly.
- Answer phones in the service department.
- Greet customers on the service drive.
- Work with the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between customers and advisors.
- File repair orders.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested.
