About The Position

Morrie's Auto Group is hiring a full-time Service Runner at Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role supports the service department by transporting customers, assisting with vehicle care and movement, helping guests during busy periods, and carrying out office and general service-drive duties. The Service Runner works with the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and act as a liaison between customers and service advisors.

Requirements

• Be reliable and punctual.
• Have solid driving and parking skills.
• Be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home or work while their vehicle is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Hand-wash and vacuum vehicles.
• Run customers’ vehicles through the car wash.
• Assist other guests during high-traffic periods in the service drive.
• Pick up parts as needed.
• Move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep the service aisle neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department.
• Greet customers on the service drive.
• Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between customers and service advisors.
• File repair orders.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested.
