About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university and college students. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience, taking on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. They learn about running a successful business and develop management skills while working alongside peers. The internship is based at an Enterprise office in the Wheeling, WV 26003 area. It runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and pay of $17.00 per hour. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and scheduled to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales. Examples include commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar work, hospitality, military service, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI/DWI, in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
