Management Trainee Summer 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with support from peers throughout the internship. The role is based at one of two locations: 1706 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley, CA, or 3030 Broadway, Oakland, CA. It is intended for students in their final year of college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree and graduating by 2028. The position pays $22 per hour. Although described as part time, the internship requires availability to work 40 hours per week during the 10–12-week program, beginning in May 2027.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a four-year university and pursuing a bachelor's degree in the final semester, with graduation by June 2028.
- Must have at least three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must commit to 10–12 weeks and be available to start employment in May 2027.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles.
- Provide customer care and service.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects using skills learned during the internship.
- Participate in friendly competition with peers.
