About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university or college students. Interns receive real-world experience and develop business and leadership skills by taking on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. They learn about running a business and gain experience in management, fleet operations, customer care, marketing, and relationship building. Interns also complete projects and participate in peer competition. The role is based at an Enterprise office in the Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146 area. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, at $17 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Interns may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
