Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university or college students. Interns gain business and leadership skills by taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role offers hands-on experience in managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns also complete projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. The internship is located at an Enterprise office in the Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 area, pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week, and runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
- Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
- Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI/DWI, in the past three years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
