About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university and college students, located at an Enterprise office in the Charleston, WV 25304 area. Interns gain professional experience and develop business and leadership skills by taking on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Interns learn about running a business and develop management skills through work involving vehicle fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies, and relationship-building with customers and coworkers. They complete intern projects and participate in peer competition. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
