About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university or college students. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those faced by Enterprise’s first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The position is located at an Enterprise office in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222 area. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and pay of $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program and expected to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be available to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales. Examples include commission sales, retail, restaurant or bar service, hospitality, military service, athletics or team activities, and community, social, or academic organizations.
Must have a valid driver’s license and no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI or DWI, in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
Complete intern projects using skills learned during the internship.
Participate in friendly competition with peers.
