About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university and college students, offering practical experience and the opportunity to build business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by Enterprise’s first- and second-year full-time professionals and learn about managing a business.

The position is based at an Enterprise office in the Erie, Pennsylvania 16509 area. It runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and expected to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
• Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
