About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university and college students. Interns receive real-world professional experience and develop business and leadership skills by taking on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship is located at an Enterprise office in the Clarksburg, WV 26301 area and pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. It runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and expected to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
- Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
- Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete internship projects using skills developed during the program.
- Participate in friendly competition with peers.
