About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university and college students. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience, learning how to run a successful business while taking on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role is located at an Enterprise office in the Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146 area. It pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week and runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and scheduled to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions, such as DUI/DWI, on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
• Must be available to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete internship projects using skills developed during the program.
• Participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Attend the orientation class beginning May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
