Summer 2027 Management Trainee Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university or college students, providing real-world professional experience and opportunities to develop business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by Enterprise’s first- and second-year full-time professionals and learn what it takes to run a successful business. The internship is based at an Enterprise office in the Charleston, West Virginia 25304 area. It runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and an hourly rate of $17.00. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program, with an expected graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028.
- Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
- Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
- Must have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI/DWI, in the past three years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
