About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, summer internship for university or college students, offering practical experience in business operations and leadership. Interns work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. They develop skills in managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns also complete projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. The internship is located at an Enterprise office in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601 area, pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week, and runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be available to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
• Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must hold a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI/DWI, in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
