About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university and college students. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience, take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals, and learn how to run a successful business. Interns develop skills in fleet management, customer care, marketing strategy, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in peer competition. The internship is located at an Enterprise office in the Morgantown, West Virginia 26505 area. It runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and pay of $17.00 per hour. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
