About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university or college students. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience while taking on challenges similar to those of Enterprise’s first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role is team-based, with opportunities to learn alongside peers. Interns develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete internship projects and participate in friendly competition with their peers. The internship is located at an Enterprise office within the Wheeling, West Virginia 26003 area, pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week, and runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and scheduled to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
