About The Position

Village Green is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Junction in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The position pays $23–$26 per hour, with a bonus program. The technician completes maintenance work orders and special projects, performs apartment turns and service repairs, and assists with upkeep of the property and its amenities. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• General computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner.
• Complete plumbing and electrical service requests and diagnose and repair electrical problems.
• Perform apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair or replacement.
• Provide friendly, customer-service-oriented service to residents.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, completing them promptly and professionally.
• Help maintain the property's exterior and curb appeal daily.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed and snow removal during winter months when needed.
• Maintain pools, spas, and pool areas when applicable.
