About The Position

Village Green is hiring an experienced Service Technician for The Junction in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The role is responsible for completing work orders and special projects, servicing apartment homes and property systems, and providing friendly, customer service-oriented support to residents. The work includes HVAC knowledge, plumbing and electrical service, apartment turns, appliance repairs, painting, and maintaining the property’s exterior and common areas. The position pays $23–$26 per hour and includes a bonus program.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
Excellent customer service skills.
General computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

One to three years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing.
Knowledge of HVAC.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner.
Complete plumbing and electrical service requests.
Perform apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair or replacement.
Diagnose and repair electrical problems.
Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, completing work promptly and professionally.
Serve residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
Help maintain the property exterior daily to ensure acceptable curb appeal.
Perform housekeeping duties as required and snow removal during winter months when needed.
Maintain pools, spas, and pool areas when applicable.
