Village Green is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Service Supervisor to help keep its residential community safe, comfortable, and well maintained. This hands-on leadership role supports and supervises maintenance staff, oversees service requests and completed work, and contributes to team development, hiring, and maintenance budget planning. Requirements
- Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance.
- Supervisory experience leading a maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification or HVAC certification.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegating work orders.
- Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure it meets quality standards.
- Oversee service requests involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
- Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.
