Clarendale at Indian Lake is hiring a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep its senior living community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for residents. The role offers variety and involves troubleshooting problems, completing repairs, maintaining the property and grounds, and responding to resident maintenance requests. The employer seeks someone who takes pride in their work, notices details, and can be relied upon to fix problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet required background screening, drug screening, and TB testing requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, property, or general building maintenance.
• Strong hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot maintenance problems throughout the community.
• Complete repairs.
• Maintain the property and grounds.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests.
