About The Position
Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our property at Arts, Bastion I/II & Old School in New Orleans, LA. This position requires regular travel between assigned properties. Come join our team and experience our AMAZING culture! Requirements
- Maintenance Experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology
- Knowledge of property management systems and processes
- Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
- Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment
- HVAC Certified
- Proven 1 year of HVAC experience
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner
- Preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins
- Delivering superior customer service to our residents
