About The Position

Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II for its Marquee Park Place team in Irvine, California. This is a temporary assignment. The role maintains and repairs common areas within the Association and provides prompt responses to emergencies. The position includes continuous hands-on training, with potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.

Requirements

At least one year of maintenance experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance experience in hospitality or property management is preferred.
Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair common areas within the Association.
Patch and paint, repair wallpaper, and clean engineering spaces.
Prepare for and respond promptly to emergencies, including floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes.
Participate in hands-on training supporting maintenance duties.
