Maintenance Tech II - Marquee Park Place
About The Position
Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II for its Marquee Park Place team in Irvine, California. This is a temporary assignment. The role maintains and repairs common areas within the Association and reports to the Chief Building Engineer. It includes patching and painting, wallpaper repair, cleaning engineering spaces, and responding promptly to emergencies such as floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes. Hands-on training is provided, with potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.
Responsibilities
