About The Position

Whisper Hollow Apartments, a Monarch Investment community in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team. The role involves leading the maintenance team, overseeing service requests, unit make-ready processes, managing budgets, and leading the preventive maintenance program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Drywall, painting, carpentry
• Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
• Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
• Appliance repair
• Water heater repair (gas and electric)

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification
• CPO Certification

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
• Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning
• Lead the preventive maintenance program
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
