About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance and repairs of the hotel’s physical facilities and systems while supporting a safe, compliant environment and memorable guest experiences. The role coordinates maintenance tasks, contractor work, service requests, and the development and supervision of maintenance team members.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of hotel buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure completed work is documented in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to promote high-quality work and performance.
