About The Position
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, tidy, and welcoming guest rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston West Ashley. The role supports memorable guest experiences by delivering attentive, courteous hospitality and ensuring rooms are prepared to Hilton’s standards. Typical duties include cleaning and replenishing guest rooms, keeping housekeeping supplies organized, responding to guest requests, and disposing of waste and recyclables appropriately. Requirements
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency and discipline in carrying out responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
