About The Position

The Room Attendant maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest service at the Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles/Hollywood. The role ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, reflecting the quality and professionalism of the Hotel.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to Hotel uniform and grooming standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and Hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Keep carts and supply areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.
