About The Position

As a Room Attendant at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mt. Pleasant IOP, you help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and providing warm, responsive hospitality. The role includes cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, managing housekeeping supplies, responding courteously to guest requests, and disposing of waste and recyclables.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
