About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the hotel’s daily building and systems maintenance and repair operations while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role supports the maintenance of buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. It also includes assigning and documenting maintenance work, overseeing contractors, responding to service requests and emergencies, and training and supervising maintenance team members.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure completed work is documented in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to promote high-quality work and performance.
