About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor leads, coaches, and supports maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting; responds promptly to equipment issues to support production and reduce downtime; and provides hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues. The supervisor ensures compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements, coordinates maintenance priorities and resources across departments, maintains accurate maintenance records, work orders, and shift documentation, supports employee training and skill development, manages maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory, and participates in safety audits and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
