About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor leads, coaches, and supports maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting, and provides hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues. The supervisor responds promptly to equipment issues to support production and reduce downtime, ensures compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements, and collaborates across departments to coordinate maintenance priorities and resources. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and shift documentation; supporting employee training and skill development; managing maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory; and participating in safety audits and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical certification or related diploma preferred.
