About The Position

Davis-Moore is seeking a Maintenance Service Consultant at its Chevrolet store in west Wichita, Kansas. The consultant greets customers, listens to their descriptions of vehicle concerns, determines the service or repairs needed, and prepares repair orders. If additional repairs or safety concerns are identified, the consultant estimates the cost, obtains customer authorization before work is performed, and communicates about available services and the time needed to complete the work.
